Our FAIR Days. So you’re in!
Do you fulfil the conditions? Find out here whether you have free admission on FAIR Day. Just follow the step-by-step instructions!
- first apply for your FAIR Day pass. Here is the form:
2. fill out the form:
Firstly, enter your surname, first name and date of birth. Underneath, tick one of the five boxes indicating your type of certificate.
As a general rule, if you are entitled to one of the following benefits, you can come to the SpielScheune free of charge:
- Benefits according to SGB II (unemployment benefit II, social benefit) = citizen’s allowance
- Benefits according to the third chapter of SGB XII (social assistance);
- Benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG);
- Housing benefit (WoGG);
- Child supplement under the Federal Children’s Allowance Act (BKGG)
How long is your decision still valid? Write the date: For example, 28 May 2027.
Who is your decision issued to? Enter each surname and first name to which your decision applies in the lines (1-8).
Be honest! 🙂
Cheating is prohibited, your details must be absolutely truthful! Otherwise the SpielScheune will unfortunately remain permanently closed to you.
Finally, we need your date and signature.
What happens next?
We always issue new passes from Monday to Thursday until 4 pm.
Remember: only bring the completed form to the SpielScheune within this time window. Otherwise we may have to send you home again and you may not receive your pass until later.
Important:
This rule always applies without exception:
We need the originals of all notifications and ID cards from you! Your children’s health insurance cards are sufficient.
We do not recognise photos, copies and handwritten declarations. Discussions won’t change that either…
Once we have all the originals, we will prepare the FAIR Tag ID card for you. This then means „Fun, games and free entry!“ at the SpielScheune on the same day.
Very important:
We need your proof of identity (i.e. ID card or passport) every time you come to the SpielScheune for a FAIR Day. In other words: every month if you want to come in for free and not just to apply for the FAIR Day pass. Please show it to us without being asked.
When is FAIR Day?
Once a month at the following times outside the school holidays:
Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 7pm.
So there is no FAIR Day during the school holidays (Hamburg/Schleswig-Holstein) and also not on public holidays.
One more rule: The FAIR Day discounts only apply to private bookings. Not for schools, KITAS and children’s birthday parties.
By the way: If the SpielScheune is too full, we are not allowed to let you in due to fire safety regulations. In that case, we will certainly be able to organise another day.
